Born in Seoul, South Korea, Le Anne is the oldest of 5 adopted children in a multiracial family that called the suburbs of New Jersey home. When her family relocated to California, Le Anne headed to UCLA where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. She survived some epic '90s perms and mangled the Valley Girl lexicon with a totally rad Jersey accent! This dynamic, bi-coastal upbringing is reflected in her personality and communication style.

This unique personal history and perspective fueled her professional passion for cultivating talent and inspired 15+ years' work specializing in diversity, equity, & inclusion, leadership & organizational development, retained executive search, and talent acquisition. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology at UCLA, the SPHR credential from HRCI, as well as professional certificates from Yale and Cornell Universities. She is trained in Korn Ferry (Lominger) Leadership Architect (competencies) and Interview Architect (behavioral interviewing), as well as advanced diverse talent sourcing techniques and Boolean logic.

Professionally, Le Anne is consultative, energetic, solutions-oriented, and kindly constructive with a track record of educating and influencing stakeholders to drive growth and change. She's a type-A, ENTJ, recovering perfectionist who strives to live and lead with Curiosity, Courage, and Compassion. As a lifelong learner and fear-facer, she has pushed herself out of her comfort zone to hang with the "Big 5" on safari in South Africa, compete on a game show, swim with Galapagos sharks, skydive from 14,000-feet, and go off the grid to fish in Alaska.

Her big, eclectic family keeps her laughing, grounded, and full of gratitude. When they're not at the beach or hosting karaoke marathons, they can often be found eating BBQ, playing badminton at the park, or road tripping.
